There's no risk-taking with Louis. If you don't like a product, for whatever reason, you may return the new (unused) and unsoiled product within two years and we will refund the purchase price immediately. We only refund the current retail price, even if it is lower. Return the product to us, preferably in the original packaging, along with your proof of purchase, and please ensure that it does not get damaged in transit. If you paid cash on delivery or by cheque, you will receive a crossed cheque from us immediately. If you paid by credit card, the amount will be credited to your credit card account. If you paid by direct debit or money transfer, the amount will be credited to your customer account and deducted from your next order. Or, if you wish, we will credit the amount to your bank account. If you paid on open account, the amount will be credited to your customer account.
