A completed return sticker is enclosed with our packages. If something's not quite right, affix the sticker to the package, hand it in to your post office, and that's it.

We will pay the return postage within Germany and from Austria.

No costs, no red tape!

Another Countries:

We only accept "franked " shipments from abroad; that is, the sender must pay for postage!
