In its November issue (25/2012), Europes biggest motorcycle magazine went undercover to test 18 well-known helmet brands and their dealers. Question: How good is the customer service offered? Ease of contact, online service, assistance over the phone and speed of spare part dispatch were all examined. Louis was awarded 92 out of a possible 100 points
with its exclusive helmet brand Probiker (Test rating: VERY GOOD), which puts it a joint first with the Japanese helmet maker Shoei.
