The Proof *Cool Breaker 2* thermal rain trousers, for example, offer a combination of THERMOLITE quilting and a waterproof, breathable coating. Two other important features of these trousers are the neon trim and reflective material, which together make sure that you get seen by other road-users in rain and poor visibility.
