Crimping is cool. The word itself sounds pretty good. Much nicer than "squeezing" and not nearly as elitist as "joining." And crimping pliers—like those from Rothewald—fit comfortably in your hand. So what more could you want when it comes to connecting cables with eyelets, shoes, or plugs? Clear: this professional crimping pliers set with three different contact jaws.
The crimping pliers have a ratchet function, which is very practical when crimping plugs and cable lugs with and without insulation. This ensures that the connections are durable, stable, and clean. And it's very safe to use, because the pliers release automatically. This ensures that the crimping result is always nice and even. Crimping is great!
The three types of crimping jaws:
- Marking "A" for colored insulated automotive plugs (cable cross-sections 0.5-1.0/1.5-2.5/4-6mm² )
- Marking "B" for uninsulated plugs with closed grommets (cable cross-sections 1.5/2.5/6/10mm²)
- Marking "C" for Japanese plugs with two-part crimping and subsequently applied insulation (cable cross-sections 0.5-1.0/ 1.5-2.5/ 4-6mm2)
