Front Adapter

In combination with the KERN-STABI universal square mounting jack *2039* (10002650, please order separately), you can safely jack up the front end of your BMW K1200/1300S/R/GT with the KERN-STABI front adapter *Special 2080II* for BMW K models. The front wheel no longer touches the ground after jacking up. Service work on the vehicle and replacement of the front wheel can be carried out professionally. The adapters are also ideal for winter storage (relieving the tires) of the two-wheeler. The non-slip rubberized bolts effectively protect the vehicle parts from scratches.

Important information:

• Before using the front adapter, you must always jack up the rear of your motorbike first using a second motorbike jack (e.g., a second KERN-STABI universal square mounting jack *2039* (10002650)). This will ensure that the raised motorbike is much more stable. Otherwise, you risk your vehicle tipping over and causing damage.
• Since the fork ends of the BMW K1200/1300S/R/GT are round and not angled at the factory, this special adapter is required. The standard front adapters 2080 (10002672) are not suitable for the above-mentioned motorcycle models.
• KERN-STABI takes advantage of the fact that the K models have a triangle as a holder on the brake caliper mount (right & left) for this type of mounting. This triangle fits the front adapter perfectly.
• The KERN-STABI front adapter *Special 2080II* in combination with the universal square mounting jack *2039* is suitable for a maximum load of 150 kg. This means that the total weight of your motorbike (including accessories) must not exceed 300 kg.
