Stahlbus oil drain valves

This makes changing oil fun! With the Stahlbus oil drain valve, you can drain the oil from your motorbike completely safely and cleanly, without any spills or dirty hands.
To do this, replace the existing oil drain plug with the Stahlbus oil drain valve. When changing the oil, unscrew the protective cap and attach the hose connector using the quick-release fastener. Only when this is locked in place does the valve open and the oil can be drained into the container you have provided. When you loosen the hose connector, the valve closes automatically and all you have to do is screw the protective cap back on.

HARLEY-DAVIDSON:
Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide exact, vehicle-specific model assignments for Harley Big Twin models, as there are overlaps in the model years. The following thread sizes are available for Harley Big Twin models (not Sportster):

• 5/8 - 18 UNF (10002690, approx. 17 mm): this thread size is mainly used on older Big Twins from approx. 1938 - 1980 with "horseshoe" oil tanks.
• 1/2 - 20 UNF (10002691, approx. 13 mm): this thread size is used on Big Twins from approx. 1981 (Shovel, Evo, Twin Cam) onwards, which have an oil drain screw on the oil tank or oil pan.
• 1/4 - 18 NPT (10002692, approx. 14 mm): For newer Twin Cam models (Dyna, Touring) with oil drain screw on the oil pan without sealing ring. NPT thread = conical, self-sealing thread.
