As for your new exhaust, there’s a whole new trend blowing through here: STORM. Top quality at an affordable price! Take, for example, the *Black Steel Oval* slip-on mufflers or even complete exhaust systems. They sound aggressive, look totally “racing-style,” and deliver amazing performance on the road. Everything you need for an authentic racing look with high-quality black stainless steel mufflers! Made in Italy and, of course, with EC type approval.
Storm exhaust systems are based on the expertise of the renowned Italian sports exhaust manufacturer MIVV. They offer the popular oval look and the incomparable sound, combined with the robust durability of a Stainless steel outer shell.
The mufflers feature high-quality craftsmanship and have also been homologated for numerous older motorcycle models. With the riveted dB absorber, you’ll have an EC type approval. Made in Italy. For further information regarding registration regulations and product care, see “Documents.”
For vehicles marked with (*), the original catalytic converter is retained. For all other vehicles, the original catalytic converter is removed.

Manufacturer details: Storm
The Italian motorcycle exhaust manufacturer MIVV is one of the leading European manufacturers in the industry. MIVV operates as the OEM for Yamaha, Ducati and Moto Guzzi, among others, but also produces aftermarket exhaust systems for many current motorbike models. The exceptional performance of the MIVV systems is based directly on lessons learnt from the world of motor sport: MIVV has been cooperating with Repsol Honda in the MotoGP for years now. The exceptional design and, not least, the unmistakable goose bump-inducing sound are genuinely Italian. In recent years, this has played a huge part in enhancing the popularity of the leading brand.

MAINTENANCE:
Stainless steel should be cleaned regularly like all other materials, especially after exposure to salty air (near the coast), and also at regular intervals.
Water can easily collect in corners, edges and screw connections, resulting in corrosion. So careful cleaning is important, and if necessary screws should be undone in order to clean the parts thoroughly.
Do not leave rusty steel parts against stainless steel to avoid the rust "contamination".
Info
The legislator has designated this test mark as the sole proof of legality, i.e., a written report is not required, nor is registration necessary. In addition, however, the applicable guidelines of the StvZO (German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations) must always be observed during installation.
During a traffic check or at the general inspection appointment, the vehicle owner has fulfilled their obligation to provide proof by presenting the test mark. The inspecting officer is then free to check the test mark via the KBA in Flensburg, where all test marks can be decoded.
