Detlev Louis Motorrad-Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH (Louis) is the organiser of the
Louis Newsletter competition, which offers the chance to win a £100/CHF 100 Louis voucher every month. Anyone who is at least 18 years old, subscribes to the Louis newsletter and meets the following conditions of participation is eligible to participate:
Entry requirements and participation
• Exclusion of employees: Employees of Detlev Louis Motorrad-Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
• Submission limit: Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries will be disqualified to ensure equal opportunities. Entries made by third parties, such as competition agencies, are also excluded from participation.
• No cash payment: Cash payment of the prize is excluded.
• Closing date: The competition ends on 31 December 2026.
• Notification of the winner: After the draw, the winner will be notified by Detlev Louis Motorrad-Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH by telephone, e-mail or, if none of these contact options are available, in writing by post. If no response is received within 14 days of notification, the prize claim will expire and a new winner will be drawn.

Final provisions:
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively. These conditions of participation, including the competition mechanics, represent the final rules for the promotion. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation remains unaffected. The invalid provisions shall be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provisions.
