Brake pads sintered with ABE Honda/Suzuki models

Louis Parts sintered metal brake pads in OEM quality are highly recommended for anyone who rides a motorcycle at high speeds and puts a lot of strain on their brakes. These are high-performance brake pads that are also used in racing.
  • high braking effect
  • extreme temperature resistance
  • short running-in time
  • optimum friction and deceleration values
  • excellent wet braking behaviour
  • minimal brake disc wear
  • Made in the EU
Of course with ABE for Germany. You will find the corresponding KBA number on the back of the brake pad.

The exact dimensions of the saito brake pads can be found in the documents section.

The price is per set for one brake disc. If you have 2 discs, please order 2 sets.

Be sure to watch the Louis video *How To: Change Brake Pads*. With our tips and tricks, it's a breeze!

Important:
To prevent squeaking after installation, ceramic paste is used for sintered brake pads and for vehicles with ABS. The paste must not come into contact with the brake pad! A more effective and cleaner solution than copper or ceramic paste is anti-squeak film (10004371), which is stuck to the back of the brake pad. It is suitable for brake systems with and without ABS and for both sintered and organic brake pads.

Please observe the safety instructions printed on the packaging and the specifications of your vehicle manufacturer. The installation of unsuitable brake pads can cause serious damage to your vehicle. Installation only with the technical knowledge or by a specialist.

Note: Sintered metal brake pads can be used on all steel brake discs. For cast brake discs, please observe the manufacturer's instructions or the TÜV certificate or ABE.

Good to know:
Sintering is a special manufacturing process. In this process, up to 15 different powdered metals are compressed under heat (up to 1000 °C) and pressure. The results are a very high level of strength in the lining and an almost inseparable bond with the carrier plate.
